Windows in place. Instantly.
Raster snaps the active window to halves, quarters and thirds with a single shortcut – or tiles every window on your display at once. A quiet menu bar app designed for macOS Tahoe.

Halves & maximize
⌘← and ⌘→ snap the window to the left or right half, ⌘↑ maximizes it. Press again to restore.
Press again to resize
Repeat a half shortcut and the width cycles ½ → ⅔ → ⅓ – or, if you prefer, the window jumps to the neighboring display.
Quarters & thirds
Quarters, thirds, two-thirds, almost maximized, centered and restore – each with its own shortcut.
All windows at once
Tile every window on a display as a grid, side by side in columns, or as focus + stack: the active window left, the rest stacked on the right.
Multiple displays
Raster uses the display under the mouse pointer – or the active window's display, if you prefer. Move windows to the next display with a shortcut.
Your shortcuts, your gap
Change every shortcut with one click and set the gap between windows from 0 to 24 points.
Default shortcuts
Every shortcut can be changed in Settings.

Stays out of your way
Need ⌘← in a text field? Pause the shortcuts from the right-click menu, or assign different keys.
Private by design
No data collection, no account, no ads, no subscription. Raster never opens a network connection – not even once.
